Using your imagination

This verse has weighed heavily on my heart recently. It's funny how sometimes it feels like you are being told something from so many different ways and yet it still basically takes something hitting you over the head to listen. Not only have I seen this verse in my morning devotions, it was also part of our sermon at church this morning.
One of my challenges this year is to follow my faith. My devotion this morning talked about how faith requires imagination. That we can't always see something that we are being asked of, but that means we need to walk by faith and imagine what the reward will be. At this season of my life, I feel like there is something I am missing. As a wife, mother and teacher I sometimes feel pulled in every direction without taking the time to listen to myself or what I need. That is why my mornings are so important to me, it's my time to be quiet and listen to what God is trying to tell me.
So ladies, find that quiet time and open your hearts and your imaginations. Just because you can't see it yet, God is trying to work something amazing for you. Walk by faith...
