A relaxing soak DIY

In this time of freezing cold weather nothing is better than settling in a warm tub with a good book. In fact, it may be my favorite way to relax. (Except coffee, I love coffee!)
This is the easier DIY in the world, I promise. Pour 1-2 cups of Epsom salts (these can be found anywhere like Target, Walmart or even the Dollar Store) into a cute glass container. This little beauty was found at Hobby Lobby and comes with a little scoop so it's a win-win! Then add 3 drops of Ylang Ylandg, 3 drops of Serenity and 3 drops of Cedarwood and let them sit overnight.
Add 5 little scoops, or about 2tbs. , to your warm bath with 1 cup of baking soda. The detox bath helps to relax your muscles, soothe your mood and balance your pH levels all in one. Do this little trick once a week and you will be feeling better in no time and ready for a relaxing night.
If you haven't tried these amazing oils yet, head on over to
